Terms and Conditions Policy for use of Website and Contents

Introduction

These terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between RTLA,WA and its members over the use of this website and its content.

The legally binding agreement is only between RTLA,WA and each of its members individually in their use of this website and its content, and the agreement only extends to any individual if he or she is still a member of the RTL,WA in accordance with its Constitution,

This agreement does not extend to casual users or visitors to this website. There is no agreement whatsoever between RTLA,WA and casual users or visitors to this site.

Members should take note of the following terms and conditions when using the content on this website:

  • RTLA,WA reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time and without prior notice to members.
  • Users of the content of this website who are members of RTLA,WA may copy, download, use and republish said content without restriction as long as that content is not substantially changed such that the original meaning or intent is no longer recognizable. Members who republish said content should, as a courtesy, inform RTLA,WA.
  • RTLA,WA retains copyright and intellectual property rights over all the content of this website. The content is only available to members to use or copy as previously described.
  • RTLA,WA undertakes to always comply with governing law with respect to rights of consumers and users in relation to this website.
  • RTLA,WA goes to great lengths to ensure the veracity of the content of this website. However, RTLA,WA has no control over how the content may be used, quoted, cited or transmitted and therefore accepts no liability for the use, quoting, citing or transmission of any of the content of this website.
  • RTLA,WA may terminate the right of any member to use this website at any time. In such circumstance the legally binding agreement between RTLA,WA and said member ceases immediately, although the member retains any rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
