If you are a medical person – perhaps a nurse or a doctor – and you have witnessed a baby being born alive and left to die after a failed abortion in Western Australia, please contact the Right to Life Association of Western Australia.

We need your help in fighting for these children so please consider contacting us so that we can record your story. We need to take your name but your testimony can be anonymous.

The rights of these children are being taken away. In most states they are not given a birth certificate and they are not given a death certificate. In fact their existence is not recorded at all, which is a deliberate attempt to make it hard for pro-life Christian groups to fight for them. These babies are left alone to die, naked and alone and without any medical help, warmth or comfort in a procedure that can take hours. These children can be perfectly healthy and would survive to lead healthy lives if they were given even basic aid.

In most states medical staff who do assist these babies can be prosecuted.

Pro-death advocates argue babies are never born alive after abortions. They say that the children are injected with Potassium Chloride directly into their hearts to make sure they are dead before they are ejected from their mother’s body. We know that many late term abortions do happen this way but we know that children can also be born alive.
