Adjourned AGM and call for nominations for Office Bearers of the Right to Life Association of WA

The adjourned AGM is scheduled for 17 February 2026 at 6:30 PM at the office, 138 Bennett Street East Perth WA 6004 (attendance is also possible via Zoom; call the office for details).
At the adjourned AGM the following unfinished business will be conducted:
- Presentation of Financial Statement from previous year
- Presentation of auditor’s report
- Election of Management Committee including office bearers.
Members are hereby notified that nominations for office bearer positions must be received in writing no later than close of business 19 January 2026.
Written submissions can be sent via Australia Post or via email to admin@righttolifewa.co. If nominating by email write ‘Nomination for Office Bearer’ in the title line.
Members can nominate for any position:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Assistance Secretary
- Treasurer
- Or as an ordinary committee member
If only one nomination is received then the person nominated is deemed to be elected. If more than one person is nominated then a secret ballot is required. If no one nominates, nominations can be called for from the floor of the adjourned AGM. An office Holder may hold more than one but no more than two positions on the Management Committee.
